At present Ministry of Finance, the Head Office of the Revenue issue notes that since Ari. first 2009 will improve the drawback rate of the steel; it is meaning that the goverment encourage to export the steel.

Because of the finance crisis effect, in the past few months the steel price always be fluctuate. Under the goverment macroscopical control, at present the steel price trend to stabilize
